Tax Appeal Pack reads public records about the house you own, plus the notice and photos you send. This page says what happens to what you send.

What we keep, and for how long

Your form answers, anything you email us and the finished pack are kept for 60 days after delivery so we can answer questions before your hearing, then deleted. Your email address is kept only to send you the payment link and the pack; if you asked for the sample by email, it is kept for those emails until you reply “stop” or click the unsubscribe line.

What we never do

We never publish your pack or your address, never contact the county or anyone else on your behalf, never sell or share your details, and never use what you send for anything but your order. Everything in the pack comes from sources that are already public, plus what you gave us.

Payment

You get an order code on the site and a card payment link by email. We see the order code and the email the receipt went to, not your card details.

Analytics

The site counts visits with a cookie-free analytics script. No personal data is collected by it.
